Tuesday June 19th, 2012 just after 8:00PM Fire Com aleted the Oceanside Fire Department for a unit call, units One & Two for an alarm ringing at 3436 Lawson Blvd. Th Oceansie dispatcher retoned the alarm as a general alarm assignment due to a second source reporting smoke from the building.
Chief of Department Thomas Bettes transmitted a Signal 10 after companies reported water coming from the building, a water gong sounding and then a smoke condition. Fire was located in stock on the shelves in the warehouse portion of the building and was quickly brought under control.
