The new "4 guys" built Baldwin engines eaturing a Spartan Gladiator cab.
The rigs will be assigned to Hose Co. 1 and Hose Co. 3
They will be known as 201 and 203.
They arrived in Baldwin on Thursday April 9th, 2009.
Both rigs are physically identical but will be outfitted individually according to each companies specs.
Hose Co One operates out of Baldwin's headquarters on Grand Avenue.
Hose Three operates out of their quarters on Baldwin Avenue west of Grand Avenue.
They will replace a 1986 MC Mack used by 203 and 1991 Mack MC model used by 201
Hose Company Five of the Freeport Fire Department.
215 rolls out of "Fort Apache" on Leonard Avenue in North Freeport.
In addition to a traditional hose bed off the rear step, they also employ a cross lay bed.
